How do I place an order online?
Using the navigation buttons on our home page, simply
select the product you are looking for and you will be taken to the
details page for that product, where you will be shown sizes and prices
for that product. There are PDF templates for the selected product
available to download, to assist generating the correct size and
orientation for the chosen product. Once you are happy with your
selection click on the NEXT button and you will then be taken step by
step through our simple ordering process. Remember if you are unclear
with any part of the ordering process, or you prefer a member of our team
to help you through your order then

You will recieve an email from Worldpay confirming
your payment when the order is placed. We will also send you an email to
confirm that the order has been recived by us. We will contact you should
there be any problem with the order. You can also contact
our customer services by phone or email .

We prefer orders placed via our website however
if you require any print product not listed or any special requirments
please
email your detailed requirments to customer services and we will get a quote to
you as swiftly as possible. Orders can not be placed by fax or post
unless previously arranged.
We can provide you various kinds of samples at any
time. Just order them by email tocustomer services please state which products you would like samples from – of
course we will pay the postage. We do advise that if you are unsure of
how your order will look just order a small quantity to proof.
Yes - we can extract your file from inside a zip file,
to reduce your upload time, however unless detailed instructions are
supplied the zip file should only contain a single PDF.
Yes, if you don’t already have a method of PDF
generation you can output from almost any program using
primopdfthis acts as
a printer to generate PDF files.
Make sure your PDF file has the correct number of pages and they are
the correct format and size for the product you require, there is a PDF
template as well as guid pictures on the web page for each product.
When generating the PDF output make sure you embed any images, fonts
and text into the PDF and save at 300dpi or higher.
We prefer PDF-files (please pay attention to the
settings) any other file formats you should contact customer
servicesfirst. In a PDF file the
script has to be embedded.
It is your responsibility to provide us with what you
require printing, we can not guarantee that we would notice any errors.
If you are unsure please order a small quantity for proofing before
placing a larger order.
Yes you can order as small a quantity as you like, we
recommend ordering a small quantity to proof before ordering a large
quantity.
You can also just order what you need, to save storing large quantities
of print products.
I have downloaded some images from the internet - can these
be used?
For best results we need pictures and images to be supplied at a
minimum of 300dpi. Most images found online are saved at 72 dpi. These
images once converted will give poor reproduction and should be avoided
where possible.
